Central Avenue Public Auto Auction - TERMS OF SALE

TERMS OF LIVE AUCTION!

ADMISSION: You must be at least 18 years of age or older to receive a bidders� card with some form of valid photo identification. All bidders agree to abide by and be bound by all terms and conditions of the auction.

REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $300 refundable deposit (cash, credit card) without purchase. Once you become a successful bidder, your $300 deposit will be used as a down payment for the vehicle purchased. The $300 deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and will be forfeited in the event that you renege on the purchase.

DEPOSIT FORFEITED: In the event you do not pay your vehicle in full within five (5) business days, all deposits will be forfeited and the auction company will dispose of the vehicle(s) at its discretion. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH, CASHIER�S CHECK made payable to: Central Avenue Auto Outlet, Inc. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

REMOVAL OF VEHICLE: It shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove the vehicle in compliance with the terms of the auction. Temporary tags will be issued with valid proof of insurance. Valid insurance should include policy number and current expiration date.

STORAGE: Any and all vehicles not picked up within 48 hours after payment in full has been made will be charged $15.00 storage charge per calendar day. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT AND REMOVAL OF VEHICLE: Payment and removal will be allowed during normal business hours.

BUYERS PREMIUM: The following buyer�s premium will be in effect for all auctions and a $100.00 processing fee. Maryland residents should also consider Maryland State Taxes, registration fees will be added to each purchase.
